Problem Statement

Strong digital presence is the key in our highly competitive environment and this project is about a 12-months journey we took to reimagine the old website for a B2B e-commerce client

The website needed an upgrade to include the UX best practices in their design and layout while adding more space for community events and opportunities for stakeholders. The client needed a fresh look and interaction so as to have a positive impact on their brand image. This was also their opportunity to increase traffic and engagement on the site alongside. 

Challenge

In order to give a fresh look to their old website, there was a need to upgrade structure of each page on the site keeping in mind the UX best practices:

  • Update the site theme and style guide

  • Redesign the homepage to add more engagement content

  • Redesign category pages to match the updated theme that is user friendly

  • Redesign product pages to match the updated site theme that is user friendly
