The resulting 30% decline in incoming support calls within 2 months of the design implementation provided some operational cost relief as well.

As a person, I have been told, I'm amiable and kind. My favorite lines of inspiration (that my dad gave me years ago) are "Water is only good when it's flowing; Stored water gets dirty over time." Meaning... Keep moving forward no matter what. Staying in one place will only rust your mind.
